Teacher and Leader Coaching

Much has been written about the transformative power of coaching. When done well, coaching can unlock a teacher and school’s potential. Using a blended approach, we can work with a teacher, team, or leader through a program that is co-designed with you.

Whether one-to-one, team, or leader, each programme includes face-to-face and online sessions.

We know that coaching works, and will lead to sustainable improvement.  In order to ensure impact.


One-to-One coaching
Prices for teachers start from £95 per session or £450 for 5 sessions.
Leadership coaching starts at £165 per session.
Executive coaching for Headteachers/Principals and Executives starts at £250 per session.

Team Coaching
Through a coaching approach, we will work with the Team Leader and colleagues to address improvement priorities.  The focus may be on vision, purpose, values, and collaborative improvement strategies*: 
  • two days working with and observing the team
  • two half day/twilight sessions for the team members
  • Ongoing support for the team leader
  • Full report and follow-up evaluation of impact
*You will work with me to design the programme so that it is bespoke to your needs.

Evaluation and Quality Assurance

Evaluation programmes are designed with you, and have a leadership development element. Whilst creating capacity for leaders, we also see this as an opportunity to develop leaders in conducting robust evaluative processes. Your leaders will work with me, taking ownership of the process and ensuring sustainable outcomes. 
Together, we can design an independent evaluation programme that will provide evidence of progress, publish an evaluation report, and suggest next steps. 

Evaluative processes can include: 
  • Learning Walks - Quality of Teaching, Learning, and Assessment 
  • Book and Work Scrutiny 
  • Stakeholder interviews 
  • Data analysis 
  • Headteacher / CEO appraisal

Prices start from £400 per half day / £895 for a full day

Train the Trainer and Coaches

The highest performing systems, schools, and companies place a learning and development culture at the centre of their organisations. High quality L&D has a direct impact on talent management and retention. The quality of your trainers and internal coaches will be key in order to sustain excellence and manage change. Develop a range of workshops, coaching, and seminars that will empower and and develop your coaches and L&D Leaders. 

Prices start from £400 per half day / £950 for a full day
This includes pre-visit discussions, planning, and resources.

Research and Development

Capacity is the key pressure in schools. Sometimes, the barrier to innovation is finding the time to do the research. Whatever your priority, someone in your area, region, country, or across the world is transforming that problem in to a solution. R&D services will result in a report and action plan that will be set against your specific key priority. 

 R&D can include:
  • Academic research around a specific need
  • Identifying best practice
  • Finding practical solutions that work in other settings 

Prices start at £650 per assignment but will vary according to the nature and length of project
The R&D package will include:
  • Initial project meeting to identify your needs
  • Research paper
  • Action plan support
