Leadership Coaching – A structured block of six confidential coaching sessions to support strategic leadership and sustained impact for all middle and senior leaders since 2024.


  • The Approach

    The 2025–26 programme includes:


    Senior Leadership Team Conference Day – Individual coaching sessions for SLT members, followed by facilitated team reflection focused on leading effectively through restructuring

    Participants consistently valued the psychologically safe space, high levels of trust and clear accountability for action between sessions. Many expressed a desire for additional coaching time, reflecting the perceived value of the process.
